Pretty In Picnic 901 was created from a love of beautiful spaces and the belief that slowing down is a form of self-care. What began as a simple idea has grown into a curated experience brand focused on connection, comfort, and intentional design. Each picnic is styled with purpose - not to overwhelm, but to enhance the moment. We exist not only to beautify the wonderful city of Memphis, but give its residents a reprieve from the everyday.

This option balances style with ease, allowing guests to enjoy the experience together without the pressure of heavy customization. It’s ideal for birthdays, friends’ gatherings, and casual celebrations. This experience offers standard styling and does not include custom themes or specialty material sourcing.

GENERAL PICNIC INFORMATION
Please book at least two weeks in advance so that we can work together to ensure all your needs are met, though we may be able to accommodate week of requests with a small fee. Bookings of 10+ guests must ensure that they book and pay in full 2 weeks before their event in order to allow time for any items to be purchased if needed. If planning a picnic within 7 days of your event, Pretty In Picnic 901 is at liberty to charge a convenience fee.
All services will include a $50 refundable fee for replacement of broken items** All items used for events are sanitized and cleaned out of concern for the health and safety of all clients and their guests. Food is not included, but please inquire if you need help with food delivery or arranging food pick up.
Taking requests up to 16 people.
**Items used for picnics are lovely and dare I say, luxurious! Therefore care is needed. A refundable fee of $50 will be charged before the event with your invoice and will be returned within 24-48 hours of inspection that all picnic items are being returned in good or undamaged condition. The return or keeping of this fee will always be communicated with client. For further information, please visit our FAQ page.

*Bubble tent is available as an add-on at any tier for $75. Due to weather, we do not use bubble tents when weather is over 80 degrees.
